Description

This is a Sources Sought and is for informational/market research purposes only. This Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of industry so the Government can make informed business decisions. We are seeking responses from both large and small business members of industry to include: Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses to include 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) to include Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB). All interested parties are highly encouraged to respond.



The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (338th ESS) is seeking sources to provide Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training support services for the 336th Training Group (TRG). Training will be held at Fairchild Air Force Base (AFB), Washington and Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Lackland, Texas. Training to be provided includes, but is not limited to, Advanced SERE Skills Training Course (SV97A), Long-Term Survival and Evasion Course (SV98A), Emergency Parachute and Water Survival Training Course (SV85A), Arctic Survival Training (SV87A), Underwater Egress Training (SV84AF), SERE Specialist Training Orientation Course (SV70A), and Evasion and Conduct After Capture (ECAC, SV88AL). Instructional support of all courses offered or managed by the United States Air Force (USAF) SERE School may be within the scope of this contract, regardless of location.



Formal responses to this Sources Sought notice must be submitted electronically, via email, with SUBJECT: Sources Sought – SERE. Please email to Mr. Justin Haynes, Contracting Officer, at justin.haynes.7@us.af.mil and Ms. Cameron Fernald, Contract Specialist, at cameron.fernald@us.af.mil, no later than (NLT) 3:00 pm CDT on 13 May 2025.



Interested parties’ responses to this Sources Sought shall be limited to five (5) pages and shall include the information found in Attachment 1 – Contractor Capability Survey.



NOTE: The Government is under no obligation to consider information received after the due date as part of the formal market research for this acquisition.
