Nikon D850 DSLR Camera and Lens

ODM is seeking quotes for One (1) Nikon D850 DSLR Camera and One (1) Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G Lens.

Please see the associated grid line items for specifics on all products; spec sheet is also attached.

It is ODM’s preference to award to a supplier on a State Term Schedule (STS), however, non-STS suppliers may bid and may be considered in the event that fewer than three STS suppliers provide qualifying bids. The non-STS suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to provide the products on this solicitation to be considered for award. STS suppliers bid prices must be the same or lower than STS contract pricing. ODM is seeking bids from only MBE Certified vendors. Please be sure to reference STS Contract # on bid.

Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys. In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead , and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date to be considered .

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.

ODM reserves the right to make no award under this solicitation. ODM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFQ.  ODM may cancel or reissue this RFQ for any reason.

Delivery will be to The Ohio Department of Medicaid 50 West Town Street Columbus, Ohio 43215.
