V. Endicott and T. Vestal Sanitary Sewer I/I Removal Project - Phase 2

The Village of Endicott, Endicott, New York (“Village”) is soliciting sealed written qualifications from consultants for professional engineering services for design phase, bidding phase and construction phase services for sewer rehabilitation in the Village and the Town of Vestal (“Town”). The project is being partially funded by a New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) Water Infrastructure Improvement Grant (WIIA) and a Department of Environmental Conservation Water Quality Improvement Project (WQIP) Grant. Engineers must have experience in the design, bidding and construction phase services associated with the rehabilitation and replacement of sewer infrastructure, removal of infiltration and inflow (I/I), permitting and with meeting all NYS EFC and DEC funding requirements.
