Construction Management of Lake Bluff Drive Extension

The City of Oconomowoc is requesting proposals for the Construction Management of our Lake Bluff Drive Extension. Work to include approximately 1,575 LF asphalt roadway construction with curb and gutter, biofiltration devices, asphalt trail, clearing and grubbing, precast three-sided box culvert, hydrant relocation with appurtenances, pavement marking, roadway signage, street lighting (by others), erosion control and restoration.

Proposals will be received at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 174 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 until 1:00 pm local time on Tuesday, February 17 ^th , 2026.  Proposals shall be marked “Qualifications and Documentation for Construction Management for 2026 Lake Bluff Drive Extension”.  Firms may obtain copies of the Request for Proposal at the above place weekdays from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, on normal working days, or by sending an email request to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. .  The firm selected for the engineering portion of the work will not be allowed to submit a proposal for the construction management portion.

The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to select any firm’s proposal that it deems the most advantageous and serves in the best interest of the City.
