Project Description: Hardy Toll Road was built in the mid to late 80's and is monitored regularly for any signs of aging. In line with the continual maintenance of HCTRA infrastructure, four Hardy Toll Road bridge locations were originally identified to undergo the replacement of bridge elements. Design efforts added 8 locations to the design package. Construction include various types of replacements of various components of the pavement terminal anchor sections, portions of the sleeper slab, wide flange beams, reinforced concrete pavement, etc.
