Fire Suppression Systems Maintenance and Repair - Add On

SOLICITATION CONFERENCE
A solicitation conference will be held on 04/15/25 via virtual meeting to discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The virtual meeting may be accessed via this LINK . The conference will commence promptly at 10:00 AM EST, bearing an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the conference. Attendance will be taken. The state will not be responsible to a supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the solicitation conference due to their failure to attend and/or arriving after the conference has convened.

The Contractor will coordinate with using Agencies to provide Fire Suppression System maintenance in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 1301:7-7-09. The Contractor will comply with any future iterations of OAC 1301:7-7-09 when and if they become available.
