NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Federal Funding Involved and BID subject to all Federal Provisions

Notice is hereby given that the governing board (“BOARD”) of Fresno Unified School District
(“DISTRICT”) will receive sealed Bids for Bid No. 27-15 for the purchase of a Horizontal Overwrap
Machine.

Sealed Bids must be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 , on Procureware, the
DISTRICT’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home. Bid proposals
submitted later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), paper or e-mailed
copies of submittals will not be accepted.

Fixed price contract award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder based on total Bid
price of base unit and any optional spare parts.
The DISTRICT’s Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or waive any irregularity in any
Bid received. Unless otherwise required by law, no Bidder may withdraw its Bid for ninety (90) days after
the date of the Bid due date.
