Description: The University at Albany, SUNY is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify qualified and responsible Contractors who are in the business of developing readiness assessments, strategic plans, and migration/upgrade paths for successful Student Information Systems (SIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system modernization or replacement efforts, including, but not limited to, Oracle’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. This RFP represents the very initial phase of modernizing and/or replacing a 20+ year old Oracle Peoplesoft Student Information System that has been customized and expanded over time into traditional ERP use cases across Finance, Human Resources, Identity & Access Management, Student Wellness, Parking Management, as well as other university offices. We are seeking an all-inclusive service provider for the duration of the project (start/end dates are negotiable), encompassing assistance in the preparation of potential procurement documentation(s).
