Solicitation of Interest (SOI) - Hiring Platform for HR

SOLICIATION OF INTEREST (NOT a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL)

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY-DHSU”) hereby seeks letters of interest from vendors who can provide a license for a hiring platform powered by 1B+ global professionals to help attract top talent through a combination of unique data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The platform will assist in finding the right candidate through search and recommend matches, build meaningful connections with candidates through enhanced messaging, and manage a pipeline of both active and passive candidates for powerful collaboration and analytic tools.

All requirements are listed in the Excel document attached to this advertisement. Services and items listed would be provided for a term of one year.

Vendors who are interested and can provide ALL items listed in the attached Excel document must submit, prior to the due date listed in the advertisement, a completed Excel grid (attached grid) which includes a Yes/No confirmation that service/item can be provided as well as any necessary description(s). Reminder, potential vendors must be able to provide ALL items as listed. Additionally, interested vendor must submit a letter of interest on your company letterhead, signed, with a description of your company/firm, as well as an overview of how you will be able to provide the listed items/services.

DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PRICING.

This Advertisement of Interest is merely to determine if any vendors exist who have the capability and interest to provide every item listed on the attached Excel grid. SUNY-DHSU is not interested in partial service or individual items, only vendors who can provide every item/service listed and can attest to their ability to do so.

If you can provide ALL items/services listed, please submit electronically the requested documents to the contacts listed in this advertisement prior to the due date listed.
