VISN 4 Lab Testing Services - (Fingertip Glove / Equipment Testing)

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide VISN 4 Lab Testing Services - (Fingertip Glove / Equipment Testing). This Lab Testing Services requirement is for VISN4 at various locations throughout VISN4. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about Aug 15th, 2025.

The full solicitation will be a Tiered Evaluated Small Business set-aside (SDVOSB SB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 621511 Medical Laboratories; the size standard is $41.5 Million.

Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
