SR 4073 (WHITE CLOUD RD) BRIDGE OVER SR 56 IN ALLEGHENY TWP, WESTMORELAND COUNTY, PA
You are invited to provide a bid for the following services: AECOM has been retained by PennDOT District 12-0 to provide concrete core sampling, scanning and testing services for the SR 4073 (White Cloud Rd) bridge over SR 0056 in Allegheny Twp, Westmoreland County, PA. The services required are summarized as follows:
PART 1: Field investigation and material sampling: 8 horizontal cores, 4” in diameter (2 per pier face, 2 existing piers) and rebar detection by pachometer. Bid to include maintenance of traffic and equipment rental required to access and complete the work
PART 2: Material Testing: Material testing for existing concrete compressive strength, chloride content, and petrography
AECOM will receive Bids electronically via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 2:00 pm. prevailing time on September 30, 2024. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Bid documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. The completed, signed bid forms and required attachments must be uploaded to the PennBid site in pdf file format. The total bid price for the contract must also be entered into PennBid. Questions pertaining to any discrepancies or ambiguities in the Bid documents shall be directed to: PennBid – Messages/Vendor Discussions.
AECOM reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
