The Franklin County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals on behalf of the Franklin County Office on Aging for General Minor Home Repair Services (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Safety Devices, Windows, Accessibility Modification, such as a Ramp, Steps, Doorway, etc.). Minor Home Repair, Modifications, and Maintenance Services provide environmental accessibility adaptations to the structural elements of the interior or exterior of a client’s place of residence that enable the client to function with greater independence in the home and remain in the community. Each awarded Vendor will be approved to quote for services on a multiple vendor listing. The case management system is utilized for processing these requests.
