COMMUNITY SHADE STOP - FY25 CDBG - REBID 2
CN-25-B-052/MG
The City of Titusville intends to contract with a licensed contractor to construct one (1) bench and shade stop location within Titusville. The awarded Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals including mobilization, and maintenance of traffic (M.O.T.), necessary to perform the construction and installation as shown on the included site plan. The Contractor shall also be responsible for renting a hydrant meter from the City if needed to support construction.
All bids are due to be delivered by no later than August 29, 2025, by 3:00pm and must be submitted to the following address:

Bidders shall be properly licensed to conduct business in the State of Florida. The successful Bidder will be required to secure, at its expense and show proof of the proper business tax receipt and/or any other license/certification required of the applicable service/work being performed including registration with the State of Florida to conduct business within the state. Prior to award, the apparent low Bidder will be required to provide proof of license and/or certification within two (2) business days of the posted awarded recommendation and submit copies of license/certifications to the Purchasing Office.
