Project Title: On-Site Food Services for Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center
Description: a. Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, food, supplies, equipment (unless County-furnished), and services necessary to operate on-site inmate food service and Officer Dining Room (“ODR”) services at the Forsyth County Law Enforcement and Detention Center (“LEDC”). i. Inmate food service operation consists of an Officer Dinner Room (ODR), Kitchen Area, satellite feeding areas and food storage in the LEDC Warehouse. ii. Provide full meal service to meet the nutritional needs of male and female adult inmates, and youth offenders (age 16 and older) confined at the LEDC. iii. ODR serves Sheriff’s Office personnel and guests and operates as a cafeteria-style facility offering dine-in and carry-out service, salad bar, beverages, desserts, and short-order items.
