CN-25-B-040/MG
The City of Titusville intends to contract with a licensed contractor to furnish, deliver, and install ten (10) solar lights with associated poles and foundations to supplement the existing lighting system along the Spaceview Park walkway located at 17 Orange Street, Titusville FL. The Bidder shall provide pricing to include all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the work listed herein and detailed on the attached plan in their submittal.
All bids are due to be delivered by no later than September 8, 2025, by 3:00pm and must be submitted to the following address:

Qualifications:

|
Bidders shall hold or employee staff who hold a valid Certified Solar Contractor License (CVC) or Certified Electrical Contractor License (EC) issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), as required for solar lighting installation per Florida Statutes. Additionally, bidders shall be properly registered to conduct business in the State of Florida and a valid business tax receipt. Bidders are required to provide proof of the proper license, state registration, and business tax receipt with their submittal.
