Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide in summary, construction of new water and wastewater treatment plants, water storage tank, water mains, sewage pump station, sanitary force main, gravity sewer pipes, demolition of the existing wastewater treatment plant, new RV dump station, clearing, inspection/rehabilitation of existing sewer mains, demolition of camp sites and other improvements.
