The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide OHA and its affiliates with custodial services. OHA requires online submission through Ion Wave.
OHA anticipates holding a virtual pre-bid conference on Tuesday March 31st, and onsite pre-bid walk throughs (multiple locations) on Friday April 2nd. Attendance details will be emailed to all registered contractors by Friday March 27th.
