SaskTel Market Research Competition

The Government of Saskatchewan requires the assistance of one or more experienced market research firms to provide full-service primary market research support to SaskTel.

The scope of this proposal includes conducting primary market research including, but not limited to ad hoc, on-demand, panel and tracking research for the purposes of providing insight and support to the successful marketing of SaskTel products and services in the competitive landscape.

Suppliers must demonstrate professional experience in:
• Carrying out full-service research solutions with the overarching role as strategic consultant;
• Quantitative and qualitative research design, data collection, analysis, interpretation of results or insights, and delivery and presentation of results;
• Owning and managing an online panel representative of Saskatchewan residents and businesses, as well as an in-house call centre in Saskatchewan;
• Extensive experience in corporate research within private and public corporations, crown sector or other large corporations inside and outside of Saskatchewan, along with extensive knowledge of Saskatchewan markets;
• Advertising effectiveness research with access to national industry norms, including norms for the telecommunications sector.

Companies interested in pursuing this account should submit a brief letter of intent (not exceeding two pages). The letter should specifically articulate why your experience and capabilities relative to the criteria above make your firm the best choice for this account. Please include two client references who can speak to your ability in the criteria above. Also, bidding firms must identify any intent to use subcontractors, and include a description of the scope of services. From the responses, a shortlist of firms will be developed. These firms will be asked to prepare a proposal and may be asked to demonstrate their capability in an in-person presentation to a selection panel.

Letters of intent should be marked “SaskTel Market Research Competition" and must be received by email to commtenders@gov.sk.ca no later than 11:00 a.m. Saskatchewan time, Wednesday, November 13, 2024.
