General Marketing and Photography Videography Services

Project Description: The City of Dallas (City) is soliciting proposals to establish a sixty (60) month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement with a firm to provide (1) marketing and communication services and (2) photography and videography services to support City initiatives. The agreement may be awarded to one vendor capable of delivering all requested services or to multiple vendors, each specializing in one or more areas, as determined to be in the best interest of the City. Under this agreement, the selected vendor(s) will:
• Develop and manage evidence-based, broad-reaching media campaigns aligned with the City’s strategic priorities.
• Place and purchase media across various channels.
• Create public service announcements and messaging as needed.
• Track and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Provide high-quality photography and videography coverage of City events and initiatives for promotional and public information use.
An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined.
