This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide Omnicell Anesthesia Workstation (AWS). This equipment requirement is for the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, located in Philadelphia, PA 19104. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about September 4th, 2025.
The full solicitation will be unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing; the size standard is 1,000 employees.
Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
