Project Description: Please apply for Prequalification Category Upgrade if you are currently prequalified with Louisville Water. Applications must be submitted through this portal. If you are not already prequalified with Louisville Water, you must do a Contractor prequalification application instead. Please see it on this portal. Contractors can apply for prequalification category upgrade at any time, however, if a bid/RFP requires prequalification you must be prequalified by the bid submittal date or as indicated in the bid/RFP request. Please review the application and submit through this Louisville Water Company's electronic portal. If you have questions, you can submit the questions through this portal.
