Notice of Intent to Sole Source- North Star Imaging Software Maintenance & Training

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) on behalf of the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Cyber Crimes Center (C3) intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to North Star Imaging Inc. in Rogers, MN for imaging software maintenance and training. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the vendor.

This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ). A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
