Project Description: Please apply for Contractor Prequalification through this portal. Contractor prequalification may be required on most all Construction bids and on certain service bids/RFP request. Contractors can apply for prequalification at any time, however, if a bid/RFP requires prequalification you must be prequalified by the bid submittal date or as indicated in the bid/RFP request. Please review the application and submit through this Louisville Water Company's electronic portal. If you have questions, you can submit the questions through this portal.
