The New York City Mayor’s Office of Housing Recovery Operations (HRO) is releasing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Master Services Agreement and seeks to engage up to five (5) qualified construction firms who would remain on call to provide construction services for temporary restoration of housing. Following incidents that compromise the safety or habitability of housing and necessitate emergency intervention, HRO will issue task orders to contractors to perform construction on one-to-four unit residential buildings, providing repairs necessary to restore habitability, such as heat, hot water, and electrical services. HRO seeks contractors with the capability to respond to small emergency incidents and be able to scale up for catastrophic citywide emergencies.
To respond to this RFP, organizations must have an account in PASSPort. Proposals will only be accepted through PASSPort. Please submit your proposal by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab.
