PITTSTON, PA 18640 LUZERNE COUNTY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the CITY OF PITTSTON GREEN-LIGHT-GO will be received online via the PennBid Program, by THE CITY OF PITTSTON, until 3:00 P.M. local time on November 15th, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened electronically and shortly after which, bid tabulation results will be publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The Project consists of Replacement of loop detection with video and/or radar detection at (5) City intersections. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Unit Price basis as indicated in the online Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract.
