The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services, is accepting proposals for the 2-year period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027. A total of approximately $1,800,000.00 ($900,000.00 per year) is available for the Shelter Operations at Mercer House.
The Mercer County Department of Human Services is looking to fund an agency that demonstrates effective programming that achieve intended outcomes. The applicants must have the ability to provide supervision, case management services and direct programming for justice-involved youth. Agencies are expected to identify clear, achievable performance outcomes in their proposals, and create internal procedures to track whether goals are being met.
