Be advised that the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg (MODL) wishes to engage the professional services of a qualified Construction Management Firm for the following capital works at the Municipal Activity and Recreation Complex (MARC) in Dayspring, NS.
1. Construction of a new 4,500 ft2 Programs Building (Design-Build by CM) 2. Construction of an Inclusive & Accessible Playground
3. Construction of a Covered Programs Area
4. Renovations to existing Barn Structure
5. Demolition of 2 existing buildings
6. Misc sitework
