Project Description: The City of Dallas (City) Park and Recreation Department (Department)is seeking a public relations firm/consultant (Agency) to manage up to 10 campaigns/marketing plans annually for a period of three years that increase the profile of the Department and align with its mission and vision. Campaigns may be focused on program promotion, community relations, media relations, strategic communications, or crisis communications depending on the needs of the Department.
