REQUEST FOR QUOTES
FOR
DEMOLITION OF 15 MAPLE AVENUE, SHREWSBURY, MA
Pursuant to MGL ch. 149, the Town of Shrewsbury is seeking written quotes from qualified contractors for the demolition of 15 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury, MA 01545.
Work to be performed under the awarded contract may begin any time after July 1, 2026 and the work must be completed by August 15, 2026.
All contractors must submit quotes in conformance with this Request for Quotes and the related Scope of Work Statement which shall be available online at https://shrewsburyma.gov/bids and also in the Town Manager’s Office at 100 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury (phone: 508-841-8508). Town Offices are open Mon, Wed, Thu 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; Tue 8:00 AM-6:30 PM; and Fri 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.
An optional pre-quote site visit will be held at the site on May 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Written quotes will be received in the Office of the Town Manager, 100 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury, MA 01545, or via email to
