- Summary:The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a Contract with one (1) qualified and experienced professional engineering firm to provide all labor, including all required professional disciplines, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform mechanical engineering, quality assurance, and administrative consulting services for VRE rolling stock and mechanical operations to include support for equipment acquisition, maintenance and modifications, as well as select shop services.
