- Summary:The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of marketing services to create a messaging strategy, provide standardized marketing materials to promote public behavioral health services available across the Commonwealth of Virginia, and to develop and implement a statewide marketing campaign for these services. The final product should include a marketing strategy and paid media campaign; a dynamic landing page as part of dbhds.virginia.gov to include a multi-layered interactive map of resources including CSBs and state facilities; a video promoting statewide behavioral health services that can be used for social media and advertising campaigns; and social media assets (including but not limited to static and animated graphics and other shareables formatted for Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn that reflect the theme of the advertising campaign and can be used by DBHDS, CSBs, and their partners.
