The City of Williamsburg Department of Public Works & Utilities, hereafter known as the City, is seeking bids from contractors for the removal and disposal of residuals from the lagoons at the City of Williamsburgâs Water Treatment Plant to the original elevations of the lagoons. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, fees, survey, restoration, supervision or other facilities, duties, or incidentals necessary for execution and completion of the Project in compliance with the Contract Documents.
