  • Baseline Rd south to I-10

  • I-10 east to Loop 202E, then to Pecos Rd, continuing to Ellsworth Rd (Mesa)

  • Ellsworth Rd north to Loop 202, then to Loop 101N / Pima Rd, up to Carefree Highway

Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
