Childcare Operator RFP

The City of Montrose is requesting bids through the Request for Proposals (RFP) process to solicit proposals from Early Childhood Education (ECE) center operators to operate a childcare facility located at 703 S. 9th Street in Montrose, Colorado. There is an existing ±4,200 square foot building on site that is in the process of being repurposed as an ECE center.
