Educational Services

The County of Orange, Probation Department (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Educational Courses and Services. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.

The County of Orange, Probation Department seeking vendors to provide educational courses and services to youth housed at Orange County Juvenile Hall (JH), Youth Guidance Center (YGC), Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) and the Multipurpose Rehabilitation Center (MRC) with the goal of assisting youth in obtaining an associates degree, a bachelor's degree or training certificate/license.

Courses may include but are not limited to multiple accredited colleges or universities to provide college level courses and/or training certificate/license to support employment for youth within Probation facilities. Courses provided will lead to or support the completion of a certificate or credential (degree) from that college or university and be transferable. This may also include dual enrollment youth for both high school and college programs. It may also include support services to include educational counseling and guidance.
