Project Description: The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, eligible vendors to provide all materials, equipment, and labor to construct telecommunications towers throughout the state of Texas. This scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the erection of telecommunications lattice structure tower or monopole, site preparation, installation and non-destructive removal of attachments and cable for existing towers or monopoles, fiber splicing services, and installation of underground fuel lines, electrical service to include meter loop, shelter electrical panels and materials, grounding systems for equipment, fiber optic cables such as ADSS and lashed fiber optic cable on poles, including adherence to all clearance and sag requirements.
