Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of Natural Resources - Fire & State Lands
Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Forest health thinning of standing dead, alive standing, and dead & downed debris within 23 acres located in Wasatch County
Mandatory Site Visit: June 25th, 2025 at 10:00am at the LDS Church at 6250 E 1200 S, Heber, UT 84032. RSVP for site visit by submitting an email to pjabraham@utah.gov no later than Monday, June 23rd 2025 by 3:00pm. Contractors must provide their own UTVs for the site visit. UTVs are required.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: Project will be completed between July 14th, 2025 and November 13th, 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
