Civic Center & Community Room Building Hydronic Heating System Replacement Project

This project is for the replacement of the closed loop hydronic heating system at the City of Vista Civic Center as well as the closed loop hydronic heating system of the City of Vista Community room, which is listed as an alternative bid item. This Includes the installation of the new hydronic heating system and removal of the existing system.

The Work to be constructed is located at: Vista Civic Center and Morris B. Vance Community Room, 200 Civic Center Dr. in the City of Vista, California.

Two (2) Pre-Bid Meetings will be held on Tuesday July 22, 2025 at 9am and 1pm at the City of Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, CA 92084-6275. The scope of the Project and the bidding requirements are reviewed by the Agency and comments and questions from prospective bidders are discussed. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ONLY ONE OF THE TWO MEETINGS.

All project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this solicitation shall be submitted via “Q&A” through the City’s Electronic Bidding System, OpenGov Procurement.

NOTE: Determination of the lowest bid shall be based solely on the lowest TOTAL BASE BID. Unit prices shall prevail over extended total and grand total prices. Late bids will not be accepted.
