Solicitation Summary
The Office of Information Technology is requesting to purchase Omnissa maintenance support for Horizon and Workspace One. The reason for this purchase is to license and support our Current Virtual Desktop infrastructure that has up to 500 usable workstations. Currently, during the day, at least 350 people use the service for everyday workstation and application needs. Without Omnissa, SHA would lose support for VDI and WS1.
