Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Roseboro Emergency Services Building" and delivered to the Lavelle Jackson, 406 County Complex Rd., Suite 110, Clinton, NC 28328 by 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Single Prime Lump Sum Contract. All bidders must hold applicable North Carolina licenses for the work. A 10% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation goal applies. Required MBE affidavit forms must be submitted with the bid; failure to include them is cause for rejection. Bid security of 5% required per G.S. 143-129. Winning Bidder must provide Performance and payment bonds each at 100% of the contract price required per G.S. 44A-26. The Pre-Bid conference is NON- MANDATORY on June 15, 2026, 2:00 PM at Sampson County Administration Building, 406 County Complex Road, Clinton, NC 28328, Sampson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
