Project Title: NC Emergency Management Logistics and Warehouse Support
Description: The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (NCDPS) Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is responsible for providing logistical support to state and local emergency organizations before, during and after disasters. This effort requires the capability to rapidly establish and operate new logistics support centers or expand existing capacity to meet surge demands. These roles and processes are critical for the State’s broader supply chain, impacting everything from inventory management to resource fulfillment. There are times during All Hazard Responses when NCEM’s need to store and move essential commodities supersede the space available to the State or in which NCEM needs to set up a central distribution site in a strategical location to the event. We are seeking a contract for Logistics Warehouse Support.NCEM requires an experienced contractor to provide comprehensive, scalable, and responsive warehouse logistics support services. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing warehouse space and operations to support the storage and distribution of emergency supplies, equipment and resources across the state.
