Solicitation Summary

TopoDot will be used to process Lidar point cloud data in direct support of mobile lidar procurement. This software is the premier point cloud software for processing DOT transportation projects using point clouds in Microstation. Without TopoDot we will be unable to process Lidar point cloud data. This will impact the schedule of transportation projects in OHD.
