Summary
The City of Westerville is currently seeking bids for our 2026 FRA-Westerville, Ohio to Erie Trail PID 124397 project. The work includes reconstruction of the Ohio to Erie asphalt trail, concrete repairs, sidewalk replacement, pavement markings, RRFB material procurement & installation, trail sign procurement & installation, and other appurtenant work. The Engineer's Estimate for the project is $1,532,000. The project completion date is September 23, 2026. Only ODOT pre‐qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. The prime contractor must perform no less than 30 percent of the total original contract price. The SBE goal has been set at 5%. This project includes Federal funds and is subject to applicable Federal procurement standards and contracting provisions.
