Project Description: St. Louis Community College (STLCC) is undertaking Athletic Upgrade Projects across the Meramec (MC) and Forest Park (FP) campuses. The work includes interior renovations and exterior athletic field improvements, with construction management services provided by S. M. Wilson & Co.
Project Schedule (Anticipated)
Exterior (Meramec fields): July 2026 – January 2027
Interior Renovations (Meramec & Forest Park): December 2026 – May 2027
Pre-Bid Meeting: June 9, 2026 at 10:00am at Meramec Campus, Student Center Room 125
Bid Opening: June 18, 2026 at 1:00pm at TCO25 (Transportation Center Building in Forest park - 5475 Highland Park)
