Project Description: The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as “City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321 for Professional Services, from parties, (hereinafter "Offerors). The Offeror shall provide the Department of Community & Economic with Brokerage Services for Real Estate Transactions conducted by the City.
