Strategic Plan Development Consultant

Drew Charter School is seeking proposals from qualified partners to lead a process for and produce an updated 5-year strategic plan to cover the years 2025 ¿ 2030, with implementation of the updated Strategic Plan starting November 4, 2024. Drew¿s most recent and current strategic plan was adopted in July 2020. With the reverberating impact of a post-pandemic world and its lingering effect on academics, wellness, and school operations, an updated strategic plan is critical to remaining relevant in effectively charting the long-term future direction and focus of our school. Historically, the school has updated its strategic plan every five (5) years, and as Drew looks to update its current plan, the school and the board are definitively focused on keeping equity at the core of its work.
