Crown Land Enforcement Branch (CLEB) is seeking an experienced external consultant to conduct an in-depth assessment of the organizational structure, resource allocation, and staffing with consideration to evolving and future needs for our branch. This project will involve analyzing the current operational structure, identifying key responsibilities, and developing strategic recommendations to ensure that the branch can meet its mandate effectively and sustainably. The consultant will be expected to provide a comprehensive report that outlines critical responsibilities, required services, and actionable strategies, while considering fiscal limitations and the evolving mandate of CLEB.
