Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish specifications and solicit bids for a contract to provide hauling services for accumulated ground yard waste (mulch) from the Wilmington Island Drop-Off Center to a private facility chosen by the contractor. The yard waste, processed by the County, consists of grass clippings, leaves, tree trimmings, limbs, and other vegetative materials.
