The Douglasville ¿ Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (hereafter referred to as the ¿Authority¿) is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors for the Hospital Drive Stormwater Improvement Project (Location 2 - Phase 2) (the ¿Project¿). Quotes will be received by the Authority at its Administrative Offices located at 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 until 10:00 AM, local time, on November 6, 2024. All quotes should be delivered to the Senior Procurement Specialist at the Authority¿s Administrative Offices, 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134, by the time and date specified above. Quotes shall be submitted in duplicate, sealed, and mailed or delivered, to be received no later than the above time and date.

A non-mandatory conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the Authority¿s Administrative Offices located at 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Immediately following the conference, Offerors will be afforded an opportunity to inspect the facility covered by this Request for Quotes. This facility can also be inspected, by appointment only, throughout the advertisement period.

The Authority reserves the right to reject all quotes or any quote that is nonresponsive or submitted by a non-responsible Offeror. The Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and informalities in this Request for Quotes and the quotes submitted.

All work will be performed within Authority easements on private property. All anticipated rights of way and easements required for the Project have been obtained. All anticipated federal, state, and local permits required for the Project have been obtained.
