Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”) is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) from qualified firms to provide investment advisory services to the City, in relation to the City’s pensions: the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System (DPFP) and the Employee Retirement Fund (ERF). Both DPFP and ERF are single employer contributory defined benefit plans. Proposal can be submitted to manage one plan, or both.
